Seeton explains how the app allows landowners to offer short-term access leases for hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation, often generating 2–5 times more revenue than traditional land leases. The system also allows farmers to set their own rules, pricing, and availability while staying as hands-on—or hands-off—as they want.
Another unique aspect of the program is its conservation-driven approach. Every property is supported by wildlife biologists who help ensure sustainable harvest levels and healthy wildlife populations.
