Proponents of the proposed multi-state carbon pipeline project love to claim it will be a boost for farmers, for landowners, for ethanol plants, for schools and communities. However, the problem is that eminent domain abuse and trampling on local control is a Constitutional crisis playing out right in our rural communities.
