Motivation follows action. This is my new mantra, in other words, don’t wait until you feel motivated to do stuff, do something and it will help you to get moving. I just turned 30! MY 20’s were an absolutely wild ride and I learned so much about myself that I have completely changed the way I think, feel and act. Shocker I know! I was diagnosed with ADHD and I have learned how to manage it in a way that works for me. This has allowed self-acceptance in a way I didn’t think was possible.
