Ashley Kennedy and her husband Eric own a dairy farm outside of Bad Axe, Michigan. With have two young daughters and a whole lot on their plate, they have dealt with some insurmountable loss in the past several years. Ashley and I talk about the importance of having something to look forward to outside of the farm. We talk about balance and hobbies as it relates to healing and self-care.
