#21 3 Things to Remember About Stress When Tensions Run High This Fall
When I was a kid, I was a crier. I was a mad crier, an angry crier, a frustrated crier, then I would get embarrassed for crying and cry harder. This finally stopped as I aged but to this day when I get mad, angry, frustrated, embarrassed I still just want to sink into a hole and cry. Usually, but not always, I refrain.
Let me start off by saying my husband has the patience of Mother Theresa, the man can put up with so much Bull S#IT it’s truly incredible. Maybe he’s an alien I don’t know. Anyway, like on any farm, sometimes tensions rise, things go wrong and people say things they don’t mean.
Three things to remember when tensions get high this fall
Everyone is doing the best they can, with the information they have at that time
You are all working to find the same solution, everyone’s thought process takes them down a different road but the destination is the same
It’s easiest to take frustrations out on other people
Bonus: The most important thing to remember is that you will get through it!
Fall is always tough, things go wrong, things get said, and you have to shake it off. Hopefully these three things can help you to shake it off a little easier.
