#18 How to Fall Asleep, Stay Asleep, and Rest Easier with Janet Whalen Janet Whalen is a sleep coach. She is also one of those people you can talk to forever. We sat down and dove into the depths of sleep as it relates to mindset, pain, stress, anxiety and dreams. Janet taught me so many good things but one that I was excited to try (aka excited to sleep on it 😉 haha get it, it’s a pun! ) Anyway, she said that when we sleep in on the weekends in an effort to catch up on sleep, which is a myth by the way, you cannot catch up on sleep, it’s simply not how our body works, it’s like traveling to a different time zone every single weekend, it creates lifestyle jetlag.
