Going for a walk or getting off of the farm in some way
Something new weather it’s school supplies or a new coffee mug somehow getting in some retail therapy makes this change more fun. New things are for new seasons right?
Reminding myself that this is where the rubber meets the road. Harvest or back to school, either way, this is what it’s all about, if I can reframe my nervous energy then it really helps
