Ag Chicks | S4 Episode 22: Rachel Briggs
Longtime horse girl, Rachel Briggs has had a passion for animals from a young age. Although she was not born into the ag industry, she was able to get plugged into a 4H club as a nine year old, where she cultivated her passion for horses. Rachel competed in horse judging, hippology, and horse bowl contests through her youth and showed all-around on different horses she was able to lease or catch ride. During college, she used her acquired riding skills to become a rider at Dolly Parton’s Stampede- where she met her husband, Jordan.Nowadays, Rachel works as a territory manager for an animal health distribution company. In her spare time, she is bringing along her own young horse and showing him at ranch horse shows, helping her husband run their side hustle, Southeastern Cowboy Network, and building their little farm from scratch in beautiful East Tennessee.
