Ag Chicks | S3 Episode 18: Angela Scott
Angela Scott is a high-energy, wild spirit and loves taking on new projects and challenges. Currently, one of her passion projects includes growing a community for the development and encouragement of forward-thinking rural women connecting on how to develop relationships, grow businesses, and become the most lovely version of the people we were made to be. She is also a rancher, a podcast host/producer, a Jazzercise instructor, a wife to the biggest blessing of a man, and a dog mom to three (mostly) good cow dogs. Angela grew up in northeastern California, went to school at California State University, Chico, and graduated with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in agricultural business. After graduation, she moved to Oregon and took over the role as representative for Zoetis Animal Health in Oregon as a beef cattle health specialist. There, she started backgrounding cattle and established her business, Thousand Hills Land & Cattle. When she and Bo got married, she moved to east Texas and they combined their businesses to start finishing cattle and selling pasture-to-plate beef.
